What to Expect at Drop-Off

  • Drop off will be Friday June 11th 2010 during the hours of 2pm and 8pm. No Admittance after 8pm.

  • Bring items from your car to the check-in tables: sign a waiver, pick up your consignor pre-sale pass!

  • PLEASE SPECIFY AT THE CHECK-IN TABLE IF YOU HAVE ANY HIGH END OR SMALL ITEMS PRICED OVER $50 THAT NEED TO BE DISPLAYED IN OUR ‘DESIGNER BOUTIQUE’.

  • We will deduct your $10 consignor fee from your earnings check.

  • Clothing must be sorted by size when dropped off.

  • Volunteers will meet you at the check in tables. Your items will be screened for acceptability and proper tagging. Any items that do not meet guidelines will have to be redone by you. Be sure to check our "merchandise prep" page to make sure you know all of the requirements for preparing and tagging your items.

  • After screening, volunteers will put your clothing on the selling floor by size, and type. Loose items will be placed on tables, books on bookshelves, etc. ALL JEWELRY/SUNGLASSES ETC. WILL BE DISPLAYED IN A SECURE AREA.

  • Please allow at least 30 minutes for drop off!

What to Expect at Pick-Up

  • Pick-up of unsold and items NOT to be donated will be on Monday June 14th, 2010 between 6pm and 8pm.

  • Please check the lost and found table for items that have missing tags.

  • Items not picked up by 8:01 pm will be donated!

  • VERY IMPORTANT! If you are unable to pick up your unsold items please make arrangements with someone to pick them up for you. No entrance will be admitted to anyone who is late.
