Do I have to be a consignor in order to volunteer?
No. You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer at the sale. We welcome the help and will reward you with a pre-sale shopping pass.
Note: If you are not a consignor and shop at the pre-sale, we will hold your purchases until your volunteer hours have been worked.
What will I receive in exchange for volunteering my time?
• VOLUNTEERS SHOP FIRST!
• Volunteers who work 5 hours will earn 70% of their Profits and AND BE THE FIRST TO SHOP….INCLUDING A HALF PRICE PRE-SALE!
• 10-Hour Volunteers will EARN 75% of THEIR PROFITS AND BE THE FIRST TO SHOP….INCLUDING A HALF PRICE PRE-SALE!
• Additionally, We will offer a Limited Number of 5-Hour Paid Shifts during our High Volume Sale Times!

May I break up my 5 hour shift into smaller shifts?
We prefer that you work one solid shift. We will try and make accommodations wherever we can. Please let us know when registering if you would prefer to work in two hour shifts instead.
Can I volunteer time before the sale?
We are always looking for help publicizing the sale, setting up racks, passing out fliers and much more. If you would like to do something prior to the sale, let us know and we will give you credit for it.
May I bring my children with me during my shift?
No. It will be too difficult for you to work and watch the little ones at the same time. Volunteers who are nursing small infants may bring their baby (because of obvious safety concerns, select a shift that we are closed to the public).
There are several days and times available. Please register as a volunteer and sign up for the days/times that are available.
What if I need to change my shift?
You are allowed to change or cancel your shift up to 7 days before the sale begins.
What will happen if I do not complete my scheduled shift OR cancel my shift 7 days or less before the sale begins?
If you volunteer, we are counting on you to follow through. In the event a worker does not fulfill their obligation or find a suitable replacement on their behalf, we will deduct 30% of the worker's earnings check.
Additionally, the worker will not be allowed to participate as a volunteer worker again. Please understand that these guidelines have been put in to place to maintain a high quality sale.
